It was established in 1969 by four industrialists from the Basque Country with connections with the machine-tool production market. Its registered corporate headquarters is located in Hernani. Some of the products the company distributes are cable glands, reducers, plugs, elbows, and grommets, packing rings and washers, screw connectors, flexible plastic conduits, insulated terminals, bushings, cable-ties, mounting bases, wall plug bases, heat shrinkable tubings, lock units, enlargements, adapters, connector boxes, flexible metal conduits, rigid conduits and accessories, cord-end terminals, press-on terminals, terminal blocks and terminals, wiring spirals, and lighting equipment and supplies.
